    Worth every penny!

    Brilliant service. Would highly recommend. They worked hard to make sure that everything was being done and chased when necessary. They gave me piece of mind and took on a bit of the stress.

    So-so

    Did a good job explaining the options when it came to the sale, however for full service it has surprised me that I have had to; call them to get them to do an inspection (seems they would have not bothered unless I asked), sort council tax out and energy bills. I also have to try several times to get in contact before someone picks up the phone, my calls are not returned and emails often not responded to.

    Great Team Across The Board

    Kim, Nick, Lorraine, Gina and the whole team at Morris Dibben are first and foremost professional, honest and trustworthy people within the profession. Beyond that they also manage to be efficient, friendly, helpful, communicative and supportive. Have used them many times now in both sales and lettings and rate them very highly in both fields.

    Average service, with poor attention to sellers wishes..

    Communication was at times poor . Agent left leaving buyers unattended viewing the garden. Agents left lights on / off and doors open several times despite being requested not to. Heating was left at 30 degrees on one occasion with no apology for the mistake and additional expense. ETc.

    Polite, timely and customer focused.

    We managed to sell our house to the first viewer and since that point we had regular contact with Morris Dibben, particularly Stephen who kept us up to date from start to finish. We had no major issues and despite the delay in us buying a house, we managed to keep the interest of our buyer. Happy days :-)
