    Polite, timely and customer focused.

    We managed to sell our house to the first viewer and since that point we had regular contact with Morris Dibben, particularly Stephen who kept us up to date from start to finish. We had no major issues and despite the delay in us buying a house, we managed to keep the interest of our buyer. Happy days :-)

    A great Customer Experience and they do what they say they will!

    From the moment Annie came to value the house, I knew we had made the right decision. She was professional, confident and offered loads of advice. We had previously had our property marketed with another agent and it hadn't sold in 3 months, within weeks with Morris Dibben we had offers and eventually a sale. All the team were super professional and unlike other Estate Agents all members of the team (even though they may not have been my main contact) still knew about me and my property if they answered the phone. Saying that I rarely had to make a phone call because the communication was really proactive. I can't remember everyone's name but to Annie, Sophie, Claire & Jessie - you did a fabulous job at a time when we needed you to, you satisfied our needs and made it easy - a set of key ingredients to deliver a great Customer Experience! (PS - I am a Customer Experience Lead for a £2bn Global Business - so I know what I am talking about :)) A fabulous job, you should all be proud of your work and keep it up to make more families really happy.
