    My service feedback with Sales

    Have used Morris dibben in the past and found that the sales person Simon Edser to be very professional at his job and this is why we used them again. We felt that some of the staff didn't work hard enough and keep you informed of what was happening for the fees that Morris Dibben charge and we had to keep phoning to find out. We won't be using them again.

    Bitterly disappointed

    Failed to properly check buyer's financial/mortgage position. Poor communication and showed little understanding that their performance aggregates rather than lessens what is already a stressful time.

    Terrible communication - we found out more from our buyer than from them - youngsters handling our sale who weren't very professional - would not recommend

    Worth every penny!

    Brilliant service. Would highly recommend. They worked hard to make sure that everything was being done and chased when necessary. They gave me piece of mind and took on a bit of the stress.

    So-so

    Did a good job explaining the options when it came to the sale, however for full service it has surprised me that I have had to; call them to get them to do an inspection (seems they would have not bothered unless I asked), sort council tax out and energy bills. I also have to try several times to get in contact before someone picks up the phone, my calls are not returned and emails often not responded to.

    Great Team Across The Board

    Kim, Nick, Lorraine, Gina and the whole team at Morris Dibben are first and foremost professional, honest and trustworthy people within the profession. Beyond that they also manage to be efficient, friendly, helpful, communicative and supportive. Have used them many times now in both sales and lettings and rate them very highly in both fields.
