    Excellent service, incredibly professional, highly recommended

    The whole team from the first visit to the office in Southsea to the final day of completion were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional, they kept us up to date every step of the way during the selling process. I have used Morris Dibben Southsea before when purchasing a property and I have and will continue to recommend them. Lee, Matthew, Verity and Adam offered the complete service from beginning to end.

    I used two agents Morris Dibben put the others to shame

    Used two different agents for the sale of two different properties. Morris Dibben put the others to shame, there were huge differences between the levels of service. I will always chose Morris Dibben 1st time, every time in future. Great team, lovely people.

    Unprofessional. Lacking in attention to detail. Poor feedback. One department/division doesn't know what another is doing. There are so many issues that it would take some time to list & address them all here!

    Very disappointed customer

    Photos of property were bad and made the property look its worst, one was even out of focus. Although my property was sold within 4 weeks of going on the market, I had to make the decision to drop the original price, which was too high as I had 1 viewing in 2 weeks. On top of this I had to do the viewing with my buyers myself, as Morris Dibben had no staff available, despite being given 2-3 days notice. I was misinformed about the buyers position and chain, being told they had sold and were cash buyers when they were actually in a 4 person chain. On completion day I received no communication whatsoever from Morris Dibben and had to do the chasing myself - the sale completed 10 minutes before close of banking. I also received no thank you email or phone call from them, not even an automated message, just a bill through my solicitors. I will personally never use nor recommend Morris Dibben ever again to rent, let or sell a property

    Awful service!

    For the amount of money they charge for management fees, the service is POOR. Have had 2 very bad experiences with them. A few years back, there was a **** up in setting up moving in date of a new tenant. As a result, I did not have the time to bring in my cleaner and was forced to let a MD cleaner do the job. I paid £60 only for the new tenants to make a big complaint - there were still nail clippings in the shower basin, etc. It seems that £60 is payment for "light dusting" only. Yesterday, I was contacted at 1:09PM regarding a problem with the toilet. As I was driving, I could not take the call. At 1:20PM, I listened to the voicemail message and contacted my plumber straight away and made arrangements for him to attend to the problem at 10 am today. At 1:22PM, I informed Morris Dibben of this and 6 minutes later they confirmed that the tenant would be around to let the plumber in. Today at 12:13, my plumber informed me that the job was done. To my surprise, this afternoon I received an email from Morris Dibben saying that they were unsuccessful in contacting me and that they have asked their own plumber to sort out the problem. £70 would be taken from me as part settlement of the anticipated invoice!!!! This is definitely the last straw. I will review my contract with them ASAP.
